Bel-Air Mfg. has a variety of punch presses that go up to 200 tons. Whether your needs are five hundred pieces or tens of millions, we are equipped to handle your requirements. Our in house tool room uses design software, wire EDM and CNC equipment to design, build and maintain progressive dies. Fifty years of experience is used to design and build the tools needed to produce parts to your exacting specifications.
Additionally, we have partnered with secondary houses in the Chicago area to provide added services for our customers. These processes include plating, painting, heat treating, welding, tapping, screw insertion, parts cleaning, deburring, light assembly and special packaging.
